Britman Packaging Services currently operates from a modern facility located in Ajax, Ontario. We have a plant and storage facility of 40,000 square feet with supporting Management and Administration facilities at the same location. It helps us immensely in meeting customer requirements in a speedy and flexible manner.

• Approved and passed by 3rd party audity FPA Safe

Material Handling

• Four electric lift trucks, an electric walker, and several pump trucks
• All trucks are capable of using available forklift, "push/pull" lift, and carton clamp.

Production Capabilities

• Shrink wrapping - 2 fully automated units and 1 semi-auotmatic unit.
• Skin Packaging (including card die-cutting station)
• Pouching (pillow-pack type pouches) using Horizontal and Vertical Form-Fill-Seal machines (cold knife cut-off, hot-seal-PVA, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Laminates, Other)
• Bagging (Auto Bagger for pre-made bags on roll)
• Bag sealing using: Band Sealers, Drop Sealers or Impulse Sealers
• Blister Packing (blister to card sealing) using fully automatic 4 station machine or low entry cost semi-automatic unit.
• Clam-shell sealing using ultra-sonic sealer.
• Automatic and manual label application.
• Automatic bottle labeling
• Coding and marking using ink jet printers, hot stamp coders or reciprocating coders
• Hot melt Gluing (automatic applicator or hand guns)
• Slat Counting Filler capable of dispensing/counting candy, pills, pellets etc into bottles, tins, tubes etc. with speed of up to 100 containers per minute.
• Automatic Weigh Filler capable of filling by weight various types of containers
• 4 flexible hand assembly lines set up with conveyor, auto taping, ink jetting and labelers
• POS and POP displays fulfillment services, kit assembly of small or large projects, Quality Inspection, Control and Refurbishing.
• Label printing capability (including UPC and Barcode printing and verification
